📋 Description

• As a Legal Operations Specialist at Legora, you will build and scale the operational infrastructure for a fast-growing legal technology company, working at the intersection of legal, technology, and operations to enable scalable legal functions.
• You will own the design and build-out of internal legal knowledge databases, drive integrations between Legora's platform and internal systems (CLM, CRM, HRIS, finance tools), and establish structured contract management infrastructure including metadata schemas and deviation registries.
• You will partner with Legal, People, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify process bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure legal operations reflect Legora's standards and values while reporting to the General Counsel in Stockholm.
• You will contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives, translate complex operational and legal concepts into actionable processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and ambiguity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related operational role within a law firm or in-house legal team
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or building legal technology tools or integration layers
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations
• Experience in high-growth, international, or technology-driven organizations is highly valued
• Operationally minded and solutions-oriented with the ability to communicate complex operational and legal concepts clearly and translate them into structured, actionable processes
