- • As a Legal Specialist in the Business Counsel organization at Solventum, you will serve as a highly independent, business-facing legal professional, partnering closely with lawyers and cross-functional teams to support compliant, practical, and efficient business execution across the Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems businesses.
- • Day to day, you will provide legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams, serve as a first-line reviewer for routine commercial matters, support marketing and claims review activities, assist with contracting-related matters, maintain legal processes and templates, deliver training to stakeholders, support lawyers on day-to-day legal matters, coordinate across Legal, Regulatory, IP, Privacy, and Compliance teams, and manage priorities across multiple workflows to drive continuous improvement.
