- • As a Legal Specialist in the Business Counsel organization at Solventum, you will serve as a highly independent, business-facing legal professional supporting compliant, practical, and efficient business execution across the Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems businesses.
- • You will provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams, translate legal requirements into practical guidance, act as a first-line reviewer for commercial and operational matters, and support marketing and claims review activities by coordinating with Regulatory, Quality, IP, Privacy, and Compliance partners.
- • Solventum is a new healthcare company with a long legacy of solving big challenges that improve lives, guided by empathy, insight, and clinical intelligence, collaborating with top minds in healthcare to address customers’ toughest challenges through innovations at the intersection of health, material, and data science.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare legal processes, enhance your ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, contribute to process standardization and scalability, and grow your impact by supporting lawyers and cross-functional teams on complex legal initiatives.
