📋 Description
- • The Lending Servicing Officer plays a key role in the effective management of loans in Specialist Lending, supporting Allica Bank’s mission to serve established SMEs, a vital but underserved segment of the UK economy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing ongoing in-life servicing support for Specialist Lending customers, managing post-approval administration for Growth Finance, contacting customers and brokers for information, reviewing and requesting additional details, managing workload to meet SLAs, liaising with customers to ensure accurate and timely loan request fulfillment, and supporting Asset Finance Broker and Growth Direct Teams with servicing requirements.
- • The role sits within Allica Bank, the UK’s fastest-growing company and fastest-growing fintech firm, dedicated to helping established SMEs thrive through fast, high-quality financial services.
- • The person in this role will develop expertise in loan servicing operations, strengthen customer relationship management skills, gain deep exposure to financial services compliance and Conduct and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and build experience in a high-growth fintech environment focused on operational excellence and customer-centric service.
