  • • The Lenovo ISG Business Development Manager drives growth in the Commercial Central Majors and Territory segment by aligning CDW and Lenovo objectives through strategic planning and execution.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and measuring strategic business plans, designing scalable growth strategies using data-driven tactics, partnering with Sales to enable solution selling and close opportunities, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • • The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for customer engagements, influencing outcomes by engaging executives and technical stakeholders, identifying market trends, and translating insights into actionable plans for sales teams.
  • • The person will learn to navigate complex sales cycles, master creative pricing strategies, coordinate legal and financial agreements, and develop go-to-market plans with marketing and PPM stakeholders while representing both CDW and Lenovo value propositions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or six years of work experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development
  • • 6+ years of customer-facing or technical sales/marketing/business development experience in the Sales marketplace
  • • Proven record of success in identifying new opportunities, building new accounts, and exceeding sales targets
  • • Strong customer-facing and analytical skills with ability to build relationships with sellers and leadership
  • • Demonstrated collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and influence across organizational functions
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate responsibility
  • • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives, management, and peers
  • • Ability to travel at least 25%
