- • As a License Specialist at Devoted Health, you will ensure 100% compliance in the licensure space by maintaining credentialing files and documentation for all providers, including medical licenses, board certifications, professional-liability insurance, DEA, and other required credentials, per Devoted Medical’s policies.
- • You will utilize WorkDay to maintain accurate provider records, coordinate the expirables process to prevent lapses in licensure, track licensing status across all providers, and review monthly reports to identify upcoming expirations within 30, 60, and 90 days, communicating results to relevant teams.
- • You will serve as a subject matter expert on state-specific license requirements, assist providers in understanding those requirements, collaborate with Talent and Practice Management to verify licensure for new hires, and ensure all processes comply with state, federal, accreditation, and plan standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a fast-paced team environment requiring decision-making, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member with a can-do attitude and strong organizational skills.
- • 4+ years of experience in medical licensing.
- • Working knowledge of CMS credentialing and privileging standards, with experience in provider and health plan credentialing processes.
- • Previous experience or interest in working with AI tooling and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
