- • Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth to patients across the lifespan as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care through a fully remote telehealth program with no weekend work required.
- • Work a Monday–Friday schedule with shift options between 9am–6pm CT or 10am–7pm CT.
- • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning for clients with mental health and/or substance abuse conditions.
- • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
- • Utilize telehealth software, video communication platforms, and internal digital tools for all aspects of client care and documentation.
- • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations by ensuring a private, secure home workspace for all patient interactions.
- • Serve patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans as a licensed provider for both.
- • Collaborate with a diverse patient population and contribute to Brave Health’s mission of expanding access to affordable mental health care.
- • Receive additional compensation for fluency in Spanish; proficiency in other languages is a valued asset.
- • Participate in ongoing professional development through an annual stipend allocated for growth and education opportunities.
- • Operate as a W2 full-time employee with liability insurance fully covered by the employer.
- • Engage in a remote-first work environment with no requirement to commute or report to a physical office.

- • Complete a brief post-application questionnaire to streamline the hiring process and ensure alignment with team expectations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s level degree and current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- • Secure, private home workspace compliant with HIPAA standards for telehealth sessions
- • Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
