- • Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth to patients across the lifespan as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Brave Health PA.
- • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals covered by Medicaid and Medicare, helping close the gap in access to affordable mental health treatment.
- • Work full-time, 100% remotely from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office with secure technology infrastructure.
- • Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with shift options between 9am–6pm CT or 10am–7pm CT; no weekend work required.
- • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis of mental health and/or substance abuse conditions.
- • Utilize telehealth software, video communication platforms, and internal digital tools for all client interactions, documentation, and team collaboration.
- • Partner directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized therapeutic goals through evidence-based practices.
- • Serve as a licensed provider for both commercial health plans and government-funded programs including Medicaid and Medicare.
- • Maintain strict adherence to patient privacy standards and HIPAA regulations in all digital and clinical communications.
- • Receive additional compensation for fluency in Spanish; proficiency in other languages is a valued asset.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s level degree in social work or related field with active, unrestricted LCSW licensure
- • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- • Secure, private home workspace compliant with HIPAA standards for patient confidentiality
- • Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
- • Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, video communication tools, and digital clinical documentation systems
