- • Providing evidence-based mental health care to children, teens, and families through individual and group therapy, care planning, and measurement-based practices at Brightline’s Long Island clinic.
- • Delivering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions during peak hours (3pm–7pm), with a hybrid schedule of virtual Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays and in-person Tuesdays/Thursdays.
- • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and participating in continuous professional development and community outreach initiatives.
- • Supervising pre-licensed trainees and contributing to a clinician-led culture that values connection, support, and community while advancing expertise in pediatric mental health.
🎯 Requirements
- • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D licensure with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.
- • Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral issues in pediatric populations.
- • Completion of a national clinical examination (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB) and availability to work during Brightline’s peak hours (3pm–7pm).
