Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join Reema Health, a mission-driven organization revolutionizing healthcare by integrating social and behavioral health services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth) to provide essential behavioral healthcare to our members in Wisconsin.
- • At Reema Health, we champion a personalized, community-based approach, believing that genuine human connection and understanding are paramount to navigating complex systems and improving lives. Our unique value-based care model prioritizes delivering the right amount of care at the right time, focusing on optimal clinical outcomes and a sustainable, balanced workload for our clinicians, moving away from traditional volume-based pressures.
- • As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of our innovative, tech-enabled psychotherapeutic care delivery. You will work within an integrated Care Team, collaborating closely with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and non-clinical Community Guides to offer a holistic and comprehensive approach to member well-being.
- • This role operates primarily in an outpatient clinical setting, utilizing telehealth to connect with and support members across Wisconsin. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- • You will be responsible for conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each member's unique needs and goals, and delivering ongoing psychotherapy sessions. This includes individual, and potentially group therapy, adapting your approach to best suit the member's circumstances and preferences.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating with the multidisciplinary Care Team. You will actively participate in case conferences, share insights, and contribute to the development of integrated care strategies, ensuring seamless coordination between social and clinical support services.
- • You will meticulously document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all relevant clinical and regulatory standards. Maintaining accurate and timely records is essential for continuity of care and quality assurance.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to patient engagement, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to build rapport, foster trust, and ensure consistent therapeutic alliance. You will be adept at navigating virtual communication tools to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
- • You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research, treatment modalities, and telehealth best practices, integrating new knowledge into your clinical work to enhance member outcomes.
- • Your role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of Reema Health's clinical programs and service delivery models. Providing feedback on workflows, identifying areas for enhancement, and participating in quality improvement initiatives will be highly valued.
- • We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals facing behavioral health challenges. Your ability to empathize, connect, and provide evidence-based care in a remote setting will be key to your success.
- • This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values its clinicians and is committed to transforming the healthcare landscape through innovative, patient-centered solutions.
- • You will work approximately 40 hours per week, operating under a W2 employment model, and will not require a vehicle for this remote position.
- • Your direct reporting line will be to the Associate Director, Clinical Care Team Operations, ensuring clear communication and support structures are in place.
- • Embrace the challenge of providing high-quality, accessible mental healthcare through a flexible and modern telehealth approach, contributing directly to the well-being of the Wisconsin community.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid and unrestricted Wisconsin state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Psychologist (LP).
- • Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- • Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents.
- • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for patient care and documentation.
- • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing) and their application in a clinical setting.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and therapeutic alliances remotely.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and W2 employment status.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
