- • The Licensed P&C Insurance Service Advisor (LSA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality customer experiences that drive Trellis’ growth and retention, combining empathy, technical expertise, and sales acumen to build lifelong customer relationships.
- • Day to day, the LSA delivers exceptional service via phone, email, and SMS; manages renewals and identifies at-risk accounts; drives revenue through consultative selling and cross-selling; interprets policies and endorsements for compliant decisions; partners with Sales, Training, and Operations teams; masters CRM tools and carrier portals; and leverages automation and data to improve workflows and performance metrics.
