• • What you'll need:
• • A Master’s degree in Counseling.
• • A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Michigan.
• • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor.
• • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
• • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines.
• • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
• • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
