- • As the Licensed Resident Title Agent for Utah, you will manage title orders from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulatory guidelines and supporting Rocket Mortgage’s title operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing documentation from multiple sources to verify ownership, legal descriptions, and restrictions; identifying title defects such as liens, mortgages, deeds, wills, or fraud; reviewing abstracts for accuracy; issuing title opinions in a high-volume environment; reviewing closing documents to confirm title commitment requirements are met; and issuing title policies.
- • You will serve as a go-to resource for internal partners on closing process questions, maintain deep understanding of team processes to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and leaders, and flexibly support cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
- • Rocket Close, a division of Rocket Mortgage, LLC, is a leading national provider of title insurance, property valuations, and settlement services, offering resources, innovation support, and career growth opportunities within a team of industry professionals.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Utah title law and real estate transactions, strengthen analytical and documentation review skills, gain experience in high-volume title processing, and contribute to process improvements while building credibility as a trusted title authority within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of title agent experience
- • Meet Utah state licensing requirements for title agents
- • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
