📋 Description

• • The Life Sciences Localization Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring supplier alignment and performance on accounts owned by their squad, focusing on on-time delivery, adherence to client and project-specific requirements, and defect-free deliverables.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring customer Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), engaging with customers to understand capacity requirements and quality expectations, and liaising with Language Services to ensure those requirements can be met.
• • Welocalize is a global transformation partner delivering multilingual content transformation services in translation, localization, and adaptation for over 250 languages, with a network of over 400,000 in-country linguistic resources, serving clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in quality management within life sciences localization, gain experience in supplier performance oversight, and contribute to high-stakes client projects requiring precision and regulatory awareness.
