📋 Description

• • As the Lifecycle & CRM Lead at Lucis Technologies, you will own the entire post-registration customer journey — from activation and onboarding to engagement, retention, and referral — directly impacting the company’s most critical metric: customer lifetime value. This zero-to-one role offers unprecedented influence, with no legacy systems to inherit and full autonomy to design, build, and measure lifecycle programs that drive sustainable growth in preventive health.
• • Day to day, you will own activation flows from registration to paying customer, build and iterate onboarding sequences from purchase to first blood result, and run end-to-end email and SMS strategy — including writing copy, not just configuring flows. You will define segmentation logic, build behavioral personalization at scale, optimize subscription renewals and repeat purchase rates, rebuild the underperforming referral program, and track retention metrics, cohort analysis, NPS, and LTV attribution across all lifecycle programs.
