- • Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing flows across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp, covering onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- • Define and execute the communication framework and segmentation strategy using behavioural data, lifecycle stage, and product usage to determine who receives what message, on which channel, and when.
- • Drive cross-sell initiatives by designing lifecycle motions that transition existing remittance users into new products such as Digital Gold and NRI Banking, identifying optimal timing, sequencing, and surfaces.
- • Manage the engagement calendar including scheduled campaigns, time-sensitive nudges, and reactive sends, while enforcing frequency capping and suppression logic to prevent message fatigue.
- • Maintain and optimize transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, status updates) to ensure clarity, timeliness, and brand consistency, while identifying opportunities to surprise and delight users.
- • Partner with product and growth teams to design and execute lifecycle campaigns for new product launches, seasonal initiatives, and go-to-market pushes.
- • Run a rigorous test-and-learn agenda: A/B test copy, timing, channel, and creative elements; use holdout groups to measure incremental impact; document learnings and scale successful variants while discontinuing underperforming ones.
- • Monitor and interpret business metrics (activation rate, repeat usage, retention, cross-sell conversion) alongside campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, churn) to derive actionable insights and prioritize next steps.
- • Build and refine customer segments using data-driven signals to ensure precision in targeting and personalization across all lifecycle stages.
- • Translate product features into customer-centric benefits in copy, focusing on the single most compelling reason a user will engage with a message.
- • Use data tools to independently pull, read, and interpret funnels, cohorts, and test results without relying on analytics teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- • Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, WebEngage, or similar)
- • Solid understanding of segmentation, event-based triggers, personalization, and multi-channel campaign logic
- • Comfortable working with data: ability to pull, read, and interpret funnels, cohorts, and test results independently
- • Strong copywriting skills: ability to write high-performing push notifications and subject lines
- • Product marketing instinct: ability to identify the core user benefit and communicate it clearly
