Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at StackBlitz, you will build and optimize the systems that activate, retain, and expand users of Bolt.new — the AI-powered app builder that enables full-stack development in the browser. This role is critical to turning signups into power users and scaling product-led growth by leveraging data, segmentation, and behavioral triggers across email, in-product, and push channels.
- • You will design and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention flows, triggered by real-time product behaviors and user actions. Your work will involve creating segmentation frameworks, tracking cohort performance, and running experiments to improve key metrics across the user journey.
- • You will collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to align messaging with product launches, feature releases, and user milestones, ensuring consistent and impactful communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • You will build and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot (or similar platforms), using data-driven insights to scale lifecycle operations and continuously improve engagement, conversion, and retention through A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
- • This role offers the opportunity to work with a fully remote, globally distributed team at a fast-moving innovator in developer tools, where your contributions directly influence how users adopt and grow with Bolt.new.
- • You will develop deep expertise in product-led growth (PLG) motion, behavioral email and in-app marketing, and lifecycle optimization — gaining hands-on experience with modern marketing automation, segmentation, and experimentation in a high-impact, product-centric environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing roles
- • Hands-on experience building triggered journeys across email, in-product messaging, or push
- • Strong analytical skills — able to interpret cohort data, activation metrics, and funnel behavior
- • Experience in PLG or SaaS environments where lifecycle directly impacts onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention metrics
- • Skilled at writing clear, concise, high-performing lifecycle copy
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote work — no requirement to be located in the U.S.
- • No college degree required to apply
- • Encouragement to apply even if you don’t meet every qualification listed
- • Opportunity to work on a breakthrough AI-powered product used by over 1 million developers monthly
- • Part of a small, passionate, and highly collaborative team with a big vision for the future of software development
- • Exposure to cutting-edge marketing technologies and data-driven growth strategies in a PLG SaaS environment
