- • The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Socure is responsible for building and optimizing lifecycle programs across email and webinars to accelerate leads through the funnel and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact, playing a critical role in Socure’s mission to build identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end email marketing and automation in Marketo, planning and executing webinar programs via Zoom and ON24, designing lead nurture journeys aligned to funnel stages, measuring pipeline contribution through Marketo and Salesforce reporting, running A/B tests on campaign elements, maintaining database health and compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CASL, and serving as the internal Marketo expert for cross-functional partners.

- • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in B2B lifecycle marketing automation, gain hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce integration, strengthen analytical and reporting skills tied to revenue impact, and grow as a strategic marketer who bridges campaign execution with GTM strategy and sales enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing with proven success in email and webinar program management
- • Expertise in Marketo for building, automating, and optimizing nurture streams, trigger-based campaigns, and segmentation strategies
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce for reporting, lead scoring, routing, and tracking MQL/SQL conversion and pipeline attribution
- • Experience planning, producing, and optimizing webinar programs using platforms like Zoom Webinars or ON24, including post-event nurture and sales follow-up
- • Demonstrated ability to run rigorous A/B testing campaigns and translate insights into performance improvements in open rates, CTR, conversion, and pipeline
- • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to align on GTM priorities, SLAs, and messaging
