Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• • Own retention and engagement strategy across the full client lifecycle for the Accounting-as-a-Service division, driving long-term customer value through data-driven lifecycle marketing.
• • Design and execute targeted email and CRM campaigns using behavioural insights, usage patterns, and risk signals to reduce churn and increase engagement across a high-volume client base of hundreds to thousands of small businesses.
• • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on at-risk accounts, optimize automated journeys (onboarding, activation, reactivation), and continuously improve campaign performance through segmentation, testing, and iteration.
• • Work at a leading UK provider of company formation and compliance services with a scalable technology platform, strong growth trajectory (forecasted 5x–10x over three years), and a mission to empower entrepreneurs by making business essentials seamless and reliable.
