- • We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to significantly scale our lifecycle-focused campaigns across the entire buyer and customer journey. This pivotal role involves leading the day-to-day orchestration of integrated marketing programs that strategically support the customer lifecycle, encompassing both pre- and post-sale phases, in close partnership with key marketing stakeholders across the organization.
- • You will be instrumental in collaborating with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, CX Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams. Your primary objective will be to translate high-level strategy into actionable, repeatable playbooks, transform raw data and insights into precisely targeted marketing programs, and continuously implement rigorous testing and optimization strategies. The ultimate goal is to expand Flexera’s market reach, deepen engagement within our target accounts, and deliver measurable impact on pipeline generation, bookings, customer retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- • **Campaign Strategy & Execution:**
- • Forge strong partnerships with Customer Experience (CX) and Product Marketing teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns are meticulously aligned with key customer journey moments as defined by CX Marketing. This ensures a consistent and cohesive messaging strategy across all digital channels, including email, paid media, and webinars.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, and CX teams to conceptualize and develop innovative, engaging campaign messages and compelling visuals that effectively differentiate Flexera within the competitive B2B software landscape.
- • Spearhead the orchestration of global marketing initiatives, product launches, and strategic growth priorities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
- • Work hand-in-hand with Field Marketing teams to effectively localize and scale global programs for optimal regional execution and impact.
- • Guarantee unwavering cross-channel consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints, including email, digital advertising, paid media, webinars, and events.
- • Engage actively with Partner Marketing to develop comprehensive campaign packages for partner toolkits, empowering Flexera’s partners to extend campaign reach and amplify marketing impact.
- • Leverage company-provided AI tools and cutting-edge technology to enhance campaign efficiency, elevate quality, and drive personalization, while critically evaluating AI outputs to ensure responsible and effective integration into marketing workflows.
- • **Measurement & Optimization:**
- • Design and implement campaigns specifically engineered to reach, engage, and convert Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, existing customer accounts, and key personas. The focus will be on driving pipeline, bookings, and retention goals across the entire product portfolio, meticulously aligned with prioritized markets, verticals, and customer segments.
- • Utilize robust data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign design, targeting strategies, and messaging, ensuring maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- • **Collaboration:**
- • Foster a highly collaborative, results-oriented team culture that encourages innovation and shared success.
- • Ensure absolute clarity of ownership and cultivate strong, synergistic partnerships within the marketing department to maximize collective impact across the entire customer journey.
- • **Measuring Success:**
- • Success will be measured by the achievement of key acquisition and retention goals through scalable, data-informed campaigns, in close collaboration with CX Marketing, who holds oversight for retention and advocacy outcomes.
- • Quantifiable marketing contribution to total pipeline created and total bookings generated.
- • Demonstrable growth in inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced pipeline.
