📋 Description

• As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Neon One, you will drive customer adoption, usage, retention, and online review generation to support the growth and impact of mission-driven nonprofits using our software.
• You will develop and execute customer marketing programs, optimize onboarding communications, analyze product usage data, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to improve engagement and expansion revenue.
• Neon One is a mission-driven leader in nonprofit software since 2004, empowering small and mid-sized nonprofits with intuitive technology solutions in a fully remote, collaborative culture rooted in empathy, innovation, and customer-first values.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, product analytics, and cross-functional strategy while contributing to meaningful customer outcomes and professional growth in a purpose-led organization.
