- • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Vanta, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a best-in-class lifecycle marketing function that drives measurable impact on customer onboarding, activation, product adoption, retention, and expansion—directly supporting Vanta’s mission to help businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
- • You will own lifecycle strategy and execution across email, in-product, and other channels, designing and executing data-driven, multi-channel programs that engage customers at every stage of their journey while establishing scalable experimentation frameworks and maintaining data quality and compliance.
- • The Lifecycle Marketing team sits within Growth Marketing at Vanta, a mission-driven company with a kind and talented team that empowers organizations to practice better security and prove it with ease, serving thousands of companies globally through its Trust Management Platform.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align on customer insights, influence roadmap decisions, and deliver cohesive, high-impact lifecycle programs that shape a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B lifecycle marketing within a product-led growth (PLG) environment, mastering the use of behavioral and product data to inform strategy, leveraging AI to accelerate personalization and testing velocity, and building triggered, behavior-based programs that drive continuous learning and optimization.
- • You will achieve mastery in customer journey mapping, segmentation, and performance reporting, gaining the ability to size high-impact opportunities, own end-to-end program execution from ideation through launch and iteration, and use insights to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions that directly impact customer retention and expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of B2B lifecycle marketing experience focused on adoption, retention, and expansion, ideally within a product-led growth (PLG) environment.
- • Expertise in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioral and product data to inform strategy.
- • Experience building triggered, behavior-based lifecycle programs.
- • High product acumen and ability to identify and size impactful opportunities.
- • Experience mapping customer journeys and documenting lifecycle frameworks.
