  • • Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs that drive user adoption, repeat usage, and monetization by turning first-time users into habitual Notion customers through intelligent, AI-driven engagement.
  • • Design and execute always-on, triggered journeys across email and in-product channels using customer context, behavioral signals, and product data to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
  • • Build and optimize systems that automate lifecycle marketing workflows using AI and agent-based tools to increase velocity, quality, and scalability of campaigns—reducing manual effort and improving iteration speed.
  • • Leverage deep technical fluency in reverse ETL, data pipelines, APIs, webhooks, and event-based triggers to create sophisticated, non-traditional marketing automations beyond standard MarTech stacks.
  • • Synthesize qualitative inputs from user research, customer support, community feedback, and sales insights to define audience segments, behavioral triggers, and intent models that inform targeted messaging.
  • • Partner closely with Product Growth, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Data Science teams to align lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring cohesive, seamless experiences across the customer journey.
  • • Design, implement, and analyze rigorous A/B tests with pre-registered hypotheses and holdout groups; translate statistical results into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Turn engagement data, experiment outcomes, and behavioral patterns into clear, persuasive narratives that influence product roadmap priorities, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • • Advocate for the customer by continuously connecting user pain points and needs to product and messaging improvements, ensuring lifecycle initiatives are rooted in real user behavior.
  • • Govern channel strategy and campaign QA processes to maintain consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness across all lifecycle touchpoints while scaling through automation.
  • • Stay at the forefront of AI and automation in marketing by experimenting with new tools and methods to streamline campaign development, personalization, and measurement.
  • • Translate ambiguous or complex user problems into clear, user-first narratives and next-best actions that drive engagement and product adoption.
  • • Maintain strong stakeholder management skills to align leadership, product, and engineering teams around lifecycle marketing goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
  • • Define and track key success metrics tied to adoption, retention, and monetization; collaborate with Data and Engineering to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
  • • Continuously improve lifecycle marketing systems by identifying inefficiencies, proposing tooling enhancements, and building repeatable, scalable processes that reduce friction in campaign delivery.
