- • As a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - APAC, you will ensure all contract-related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients are performed with focus on legal compliance and superior employee experience without compromising on speed, playing a critical role in enabling compliant global employment.
- • Day to day, you will serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements, draft and administer employee lifecycle documents, advise on employment legislation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal, government bodies, trade unions), assist Senior Specialists on complex projects, develop and update global internal documentation for Contracts Management, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and safely manage confidential employee data.
- • You will join the Employee Lifecycle team within Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges for businesses of all sizes, with team members across 6 continents and a culture rooted in innovation, asynchronous work, and bringing diverse talents to build a best-in-class HR platform.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global employment law, contract lifecycle management, and cross-border HR operations while contributing to process automation, innovation, and compliance excellence in a fast-paced, international, asynchronous environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance, including providing HR support and guidance on employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with ability to lead difficult conversations to positive outcomes while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages considered a plus.
- • Aptitude and enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes, including identifying and implementing automation opportunities and promoting best practices.
- • Efficiency in operations with awareness of thorough documentation and data integrity.
- • Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously on tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite, and adapt to new and evolving systems.
- • Capable of working independently and cohesively in an international team in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment with multiple priorities; willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
