- • Linguist - Estonian - Remote role at Lilt Production involves translating and refining content between English and Estonian while preserving cultural nuance and clarity, supporting AI-driven language technology initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include translating and editing content for accuracy and tone, applying language standards, providing feedback to improve language model quality, collaborating with production teams on localization, supporting content development and QA for digital tools, and performing transcreation when needed to ensure natural target-language output.
- • Lilt Production is a global leader in human-verified AI translation services, serving enterprises, governments, and AI developers by combining expert linguists with adaptive technology to make information accessible across languages.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level proficiency in Estonian
- • Graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies OR a graduate degree in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience
- • Ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely
