• • As a Litigation Insurance Adjuster at CMFG Life Insurance Company (operating as TruStage), you will play a critical role in resolving complex third-party litigated claims, ensuring fair outcomes for credit union members while protecting organizational interests through expert investigation, negotiation, and recovery efforts.
• • Day to day, you will independently manage the litigation process on assigned claims—investigating facts, evaluating coverage and liability, deciding when to engage external experts or legal counsel, negotiating settlements, and ensuring maximum recovery is pursued, all while maintaining timely reporting and compliance with claim handling guidelines.
