- • As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be instrumental in managing case files from inception through resolution, ensuring meticulous organization and timely execution of all procedural requirements.
- • You will work closely with attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations, including drafting discovery requests and responses, organizing exhibits, and preparing witness binders.
- • Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research using various databases and resources to support case strategy and legal arguments.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all case-related documents, evidence, and correspondence, ensuring a comprehensive and accessible filing system.
- • A key aspect of this role involves communicating with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel, requiring a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for experience in plaintiff-side litigation, particularly in areas such as sexual abuse, personal injury, civil rights, or complex torts.
- • Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
- • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals.
- • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
- • Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures, including e-filing.
