📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of commercial real estate (CRE) live events in Washington, D.C., including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate monthly travel to the Carolinas and Nashville to oversee and execute regional events, ensuring seamless attendee experiences and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and editorial teams to align event content with advertising campaigns and audience needs, driving measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with venue partners, caterers, AV technicians, speakers, and sponsors to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Track and report on event KPIs including attendance, sponsor satisfaction, lead generation, and ROI to optimize future event performance.
• Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and retention.
• Uphold Bisnow’s brand standards across all event materials, signage, digital assets, and on-site experiences.
• Lead on-site event teams including staff, volunteers, and contractors, ensuring clear roles, timelines, and safety protocols are followed.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues during events, including technical failures, scheduling conflicts, or attendee concerns, with calm and decisive action.
• Maintain detailed event documentation, including run-of-shows, vendor contracts, budgets, and post-event debriefs for continuous improvement.
• Support the growth of Bisnow’s event portfolio by identifying new venue opportunities, potential markets, and innovative event formats.
• Work 3–4 days per week in the Washington, D.C. office at 1730 Rhode Island Ave NW, with flexibility to adjust schedule around event dates and travel requirements.
• Contribute to internal initiatives promoting career advancement, with clear pathways to Senior Event Manager and Associate Event Director roles.
• Represent Bisnow professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings, embodying the company’s mission to connect, inform, and create opportunities in CRE.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing live B2B events with 100+ attendees
• Willingness and ability to travel monthly to the Carolinas and Nashville
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with event budgeting, vendor negotiation, and contract management
• Proficiency in event registration platforms and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
