📋 Description

• As the Live Ops Lead at ARB Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the player experience for Modo Casino, one of the leading Social+ platforms in the US, by designing and executing dynamic live operations that drive engagement, retention, and monetization in a fast-growing, innovative startup environment recognized as a LinkedIn Top 50 Startup in 2025.
• You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of live events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution that enhances player satisfaction while contributing directly to business goals through data-informed strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design, plan, and execute a comprehensive calendar of tournaments, challenges, and special events tailored to player preferences and business objectives, leveraging holidays, game launches, and marketing campaigns to maximize impact and participation.
• Create compelling in-game promotions that balance player enjoyment with monetization opportunities, using behavioral insights to optimize reward structures, timing, and mechanics for sustained engagement and conversion.
• Manage the technical implementation and scheduling of live operations activities in close coordination with the Platform and Engineering teams, ensuring flawless deployment and real-time troubleshooting to minimize disruptions and maintain high player trust.
• Analyze event performance using key metrics such as daily active users, session length, conversion rates, and ROI, then iterate on strategies to improve outcomes through A/B testing, player feedback, and commercial insights.
• Develop and refine player engagement strategies, including loyalty-building initiatives and targeted reactivation campaigns, working closely with retention and VIP teams to increase session frequency and long-term player value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Casino & Content, and Commercial Insights teams to align messaging, timing, and feature implementation, ensuring cohesive player experiences across all touchpoints.
• Manage and optimize back-office tools for promotion configuration and scheduling, documenting processes, creating reusable templates, and training team members to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in live operations for games or digital products
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
