📋 Description

• • As LiveOps Manager at Beach Bum, you’ll own the pulse of the game, designing events and features that keep the player experience fresh, exciting, and emotionally engaging—turning routine logins into moments of delight.
• • Day to day, you’ll drive the Live Ops strategy and roadmap, manage end-to-end execution of the content calendar, collaborate with Product, Art, R&D, Analytics, and Economy teams, monitor KPIs like engagement and retention, and use A/B testing to iterate on live experiences.
• • Beach Bum is a dynamic gaming studio founded in 2015 and acquired by Voodoo in 2021, blending classic game nostalgia with casual online innovation to reach millions of players worldwide through creative, player-first live content.
• • In this role, you’ll sharpen your strategic and creative leadership, master data-informed game design, deepen cross-functional collaboration, and directly impact player satisfaction and long-term game health through innovative, player-centric Live Ops initiatives.
