📋 Description

• • As Principal Product Manager for Outbound Engagement at Kraken Technologies Limited, you will drive the strategy and execution of product initiatives that enhance customer communication and engagement across energy services, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building a smart, sustainable energy system.
• • You will lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize outbound communication features—such as personalized notifications, proactive service alerts, and customer journey flows—using data and behavioral insights to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase adoption of green energy solutions.
• • You will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and operations teams to translate customer needs into scalable product roadmaps, prioritize features based on impact and feasibility, and measure success through key metrics like engagement rates, response times, and NPS.
