  • • As a Solution Architect at Acxiom LLC, you will be instrumental in designing, overseeing, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with both client business strategies and Acxiom's overarching technical vision.
  • • You will serve as the primary technical lead for client communications, guiding solutions from initial concept through to successful transition into production environments.
  • • This role involves a blend of strategic consulting and hands-on technical leadership, requiring you to act as an independent Subject Matter Expert for complex solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for assessing the impact of cross-solution or cross-component changes, ensuring that all proposed modifications and enhancements align with the client's and Acxiom's solution vision.
  • • A key aspect of this role is providing proactive client consulting, identifying opportunities for process improvements, addressing issues, and conducting research for client data inquiries.
  • • You will independently coordinate the technical aspects of changes, issue resolution, and research, demonstrating a high degree of self-direction and problem-solving capability.
  • • Developing and maintaining a strategic solution roadmap for future client enhancements will be a critical responsibility, ensuring the solution evolves to meet changing business needs.
  • • You will engage in consultative project communications with clients, anticipating potential obstacles and proposing effective solution options that balance client value, satisfaction, corporate objectives, feasibility, and scalability.
  • • The role requires you to gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into logical process flows, researching and evaluating various technical approaches for efficiency, cost, portability, and compatibility.
  • • You will be accountable for the accuracy, process integrity, quality, and stewardship of the client solution architecture, ensuring it meets all functional and technical requirements.
  • • Maintaining and enhancing the client solution roadmap, incorporating technical changes and Acxiom standard components, is essential for long-term solution success.
  • • You will provide technical direction to project teams, ensuring the data solution design fulfills functional and technical requirements and consistently meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • • Monitoring the progress of solution enhancements and implementations will allow you to proactively identify and address potential issues and future challenges.
  • • Maintaining deep subject matter expertise in Acxiom and industry technologies, verticals, and lines of business is crucial for aligning client business needs with Acxiom's products, solutions, and services.
  • • You will document and share best practices and case studies, contributing to Acxiom's knowledge base and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Adhering to and defining Acxiom solution standards, estimates, processes, policies, and procedures will ensure consistency and drive adherence within designated teams.
  • • Identifying areas for process improvement that enhance profitability and client value, and instilling this mindset in others, is a key leadership expectation.
  • • You will consult, advise, and educate management, affected teams, and clients on technical matters, adapting communication to the appropriate technical granularity and sharing lessons learned.
  • • Developing strong internal relationships with product teams to provide feedback on client needs and market trends will help shape Acxiom's product development and enhancements.
  • • Staying informed about the latest Acxiom and industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and emerging technologies is vital for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • • You will possess a strong understanding of the pre-sales process, focusing on scoping and estimation, and be capable of leading these efforts for new projects with existing accounts or new clients.
  • • This role demands the ability to take highly technical concepts and present them to clients in a clear, high-level, non-technical manner, effectively communicating the business benefits of technical solutions, often in collaboration with the Acxiom account management team.
  • • You will be assigned to projects for existing Acxiom customers or new clients, or to existing customers requiring ongoing solution consulting for enhancements and management.
  • • You will be responsible for cross-solution or cross-component impact assessment in the implementation of Acxiom solutions or solution enhancements, with a strong emphasis on solution design and business requirements, ensuring overall solution integrity.
  • • You will provide technical leadership to the team, including any roles required to deliver solution enhancements, modifications, issues management, or research for clients.
  • • You will demonstrate leadership and the ability to contribute through others on major projects, functioning independently on complex solutions and interfacing effectively with high-level client stakeholders.
