- • You will be instrumental in delivering superior customer service, proactively communicating with borrowers to help them understand complex loan programs, associated costs, and various critical loan documents. Your expertise will demystify the mortgage process, making it as smooth and transparent as possible for our clients.
- • A key responsibility involves meticulously reviewing and auditing borrower documentation, including income verification, asset statements, and credit reports. You will perform Desktop Underwriting (DU) assessments to evaluate loan stability and ensure all necessary documentation supports the loan's approval and compliance.
- • You will manage the accurate and timely delivery of mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers, including initial rate disclosures and any subsequent re-disclosure packages. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.
- • You will actively manage a diverse pipeline of mortgage loans, encompassing Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA products. Additionally, you will gain experience with specialized products such as 203k renovation loans, Jumbo loans, and reverse mortgages, catering to a wide spectrum of borrower needs.
