• • The Loan Processor at Navient plays a key role in bringing consumer loans to life by reviewing applications, validating financial information, and guiding clients through the lending process with accuracy and care.
• • Day to day, the role involves reviewing client documents such as paystubs, tax returns, and identification; verifying identity through third-party data; inputting qualifying information; and proactively engaging clients via phone, email, or scheduled calls to support decision-making.
