📋 Description

• The Local Marketing Associate at Deliveroo is a highly collaborative and analytical role responsible for the end-to-end execution of regional campaigns, ensuring initiatives deliver genuine customer value and align with local needs.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering tactical promotions and high-impact brand activations, monitoring local competitor trends, owning the full campaign lifecycle from briefing to execution, partnering with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Performance, Loyalty, CRM, PR, Social), and producing weekly and monthly performance reports with deep-dive analysis.
• The role sits within Deliveroo’s marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, and operates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where autonomy, ownership, and data-driven decision-making are valued.
• The person in this role will develop strategic, insight-led marketing plans, strengthen analytical capabilities using tools like Excel, gain end-to-end campaign management experience, and contribute to experimentation and growth initiatives supported by Data Science and Consumer Insights teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a Marketing role
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across complex, cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of being highly organised, making things happen, and prioritising multiple projects efficiently
• Strategic thinker comfortable interpreting data and using analytical tools (e.g. Excel) to drive decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
• Resilient self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments
