  • • Drive planning, development, and execution of the Integrated Product Support strategy for Anduril’s defense technology systems.
  • • Spearhead the development of comprehensive Integrated Logistics Support Plans aligned with military and industry standards.
  • • Plan, develop, and execute Integrated Product Support analysis and implementation across the entire product lifecycle—from design through sustainment.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, reliability, and operations teams to optimize product design for long-term supportability and availability.
  • • Leverage Logistics Engineering and Integrated Product Support tools and processes to create models and documentation compliant with DoD and industry standards.
  • • Perform analyses and develop customer deliverables using specialized software tools including COMPASS (LORA), Power Log-J (LPD & LSA), SlicWave (LPD & LSA), Relyence (Reliability), and Tempo (Spares Analysis).
  • • Partner with technical writers to source data, drawings, knowledge, and guidance for the creation and updates of Technical, Operations, and Maintenance Manuals, rework instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • • Ensure compliance with DoD and industry regulations, specifications, and standards in all sustainment activities.
  • • Support the development of Product Support Bases of Estimates (BOE) and contribute to technical proposals, including evaluation of Statements of Work and Requests for Proposal.
  • • Engage in Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis using models such as CASA to inform sustainment decisions and budgeting.
  • • Contribute to Depot-level repair activations and coordinate customer planning for maintenance and repair activities.
  • • Support the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Work Instructions, and Training documentation.
  • • Execute Contractor Logistics Support or Performance Based Logistics program requirements as needed.
  • • Apply understanding of the Technical Data Package—including drawings, parts lists, interface control documents, and electrical schematics—to inform sustainment planning.
  • • Present findings and recommendations to customers and internal management with clarity and confidence.
  • • Partner with Environmental Health and Safety teams to ensure all products meet the highest safety and regulatory standards.
  • • Travel as required for on-site support, customer engagements, and field deployment activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Integrated Product Support or Logistics Engineering role.
  • • 5+ years’ experience developing one or more Level of Repair Analyses (LORA), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Provisioning Data, Spares Analysis, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T), Support Equipment Candidates List (SECL), Integrated Logistics Support Plans, etc.
  • • Experience with life cycle sustainment planning and execution in new start development, production, and/or Performance Based sustainment projects.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Integrated Product Support development models.
  • • Good working knowledge of Reliability, Maintainability, and Product Safety principles to ensure high supportability and availability.
  • • Familiarity with military regulations, standards, and specifications.
  • • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • • Ability to travel for on-site support and customer engagements.
  • • This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA and requires being onsite—remote work not considered.
