Your role is critical in delivering exceptional, personalized service that exceeds the expectations of discerning clients who demand perfection.
- • Day to day, you will manage complex travel requests from initiation to on-trip support, leverage Atlas’s Virtuoso membership and preferred partner network to secure exclusive upgrades and access, handle last-minute and high-stakes itineraries with speed and precision, maintain professional communication across all channels with rapid response times, and ensure meticulous booking accuracy and follow-through with zero errors.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in luxury travel, high-end hospitality, or a concierge environment
- • Deep knowledge of luxury travel products (e.g., Aman vs. Rosewood, premium airlines, villa markets with long lead times)
- • Ability to remain fast, organized, and calm under pressure with multiple simultaneous demands
- • Natural communicator who can match the tone and expectations of sophisticated, demanding clients
- • Availability for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
