📋 Description

• • As a Machine Learning Architect at Caylent, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge AWS-based machine learning solutions for a diverse customer base, driving innovation in cloud-native applications while collaborating closely with engineers, managers, and stakeholders.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include translating customer requirements into actionable engineering backlogs, leading architecture discussions and requirements gathering, delegating tasks to engineering teams, applying DevOps and MLOps best practices, troubleshooting issues across development and production environments, writing production-quality code with tests, automating software testing at multiple levels, and clearly documenting designs and processes.
• • You will operate within Caylent’s Cloud Native Applications team, a globally distributed, fully remote organization headquartered in Mexico with team members across Canada, the United States, and Latin America, where technological curiosity, mentorship, and inclusive culture are core values.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ML system design on AWS, strengthen your leadership in cross-functional technical collaboration, gain hands-on experience with MLOps and IaC tools, and grow as a mentor and technical advisor while working on impactful, customer-facing projects that push the boundaries of cloud-native innovation.
