- • Machine Learning Engineer focused on Speech LLM Training to build the world's most trusted AI work companion, advancing human–AI intelligence through hardware–software integration.
- • Design, train, and optimize large-scale audio and speech models from the ground up, including SpeechLLMs, ASR, TTS, and generative audio architectures; manage distributed training on GPU clusters and optimize for edge deployment.
- • Collaborate with a bootstrapped, profitable, high-growth AI startup serving over 1.5M users globally, backed by SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO27001, and other enterprise-grade compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record building and training large-scale audio or speech models from scratch, including SpeechLLMs, ASR, expressive TTS, or generative audio architectures
- • Deep expertise in PyTorch or JAX with experience optimizing large-scale distributed training, managing GPU memory, and resolving performance bottlenecks
- • Comfort working across the full stack—from signal processing and acoustic representations to foundation model training and edge-device optimization
- • Experience with neural audio codecs, text-based LLMs (pretraining, instruction tuning, RLHF), or generative architectures (diffusion, flow matching, autoregressive) for speech
- • Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure: FSDP, DeepSpeed, Kubernetes, and high-throughput serving frameworks like vLLM or TensorRT-LLM
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup, take ownership of ambiguous problems, and drive research into production
