📋 Description

• • Machine Learning Modeler, Advanced Insights & Modeling at Block, Inc. designs and scales intelligent systems that power data-driven decision-making across Cash App, Square, Treasury, Cost, and Accounting domains.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement forecasting and optimization models, build end-to-end ML pipelines for training and deployment, collaborate with data science to productionize experimental models, partner with finance and analytics to ensure interpretable and accurate forecasts, develop explainability tools using SHAP and feature attribution, improve data workflows with Airflow, BigQuery, and Spark, establish model evaluation best practices, translate technical findings into actionable recommendations, and contribute to a culture of curiosity and high-quality engineering.
• • The Advanced Insights & Modeling (AIM) team bridges business intuition and data-driven intelligence by deploying models that forecast financial outcomes, estimate customer value, optimize go-to-market strategies, and automate planning workflows to enable faster, smarter decisions across Block.
