- • The Maintainability Engineer ensures hardware platform enablement and support readiness across PAR’s product ecosystem, supporting Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Installers to deliver positive customer experiences with PAR hardware including POS, Kitchen Display, Drive-Thru audio/timer, and other deployed systems.
- • Day to day responsibilities include leading investigations of complex hardware escalations, defining serviceability standards and diagnostic requirements, developing documentation and training materials for installer and support teams, evaluating new and third-party hardware for maintainability and compatibility, analyzing recurring field issues to implement systemic improvements, and providing out-of-hours support as needed.
