📋 Description

  • Sell ClickUp’s AI-powered productivity workspace to major account prospects (1,000–2,000 employee companies) through net new account acquisition and expansion of existing free trials or demo requests.
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting marketing-qualified leads and demo requests into paid customers using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
  • Master the full ClickUp product suite to confidently answer customer questions on features, use cases, and technical functionality during presentations and demos.
  • Conduct customer presentations and product demos via online web conferencing tools, ensuring clear communication of value aligned with customer workflows and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, sales conversion tools, and pipeline quality through data-driven insights.
  • Identify and analyze customer segments to uncover new market opportunities and improve targeting for higher-quality sales pipeline development.
  • Maintain a healthy, well-managed sales pipeline with diligent attention to process, documentation, and follow-up protocols.
  • Lead and complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) as part of the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate an infectiously positive attitude during prospecting, presentations, and closing, prioritizing rapport-building over aggressive sales tactics.
  • Emphasize product-led value creation, allowing the solution’s capabilities to drive conversion rather than high-pressure sales techniques.
  • Leverage CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to track activities, manage pipelines, and report on key metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in productivity software, SaaS sales cycles, and enterprise adoption patterns to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Operate with high personal accountability, self-direction, and ownership of outcomes in a remote, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Engage with customers across diverse industries, tailoring messaging to their specific operational challenges and workflow needs.
  • Support renewal and expansion efforts for existing customers as part of a holistic account management approach.
  • Adhere to company policies on data privacy, candidate communication, and fraud prevention in all external interactions.
