- • As a Manager in Accounting Advisory at Riveron Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial transformations, leveraging deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and technical accounting to solve high-stakes challenges arising from regulatory changes, M&A activity, IPOs, and operational scaling.
- • You will lead end-to-end advisory engagements, from initial assessment and research to delivery of actionable insights, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and pragmatically aligned with client business objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth accounting research, analyzing complex transactions under US GAAP and IFRS, preparing technical memos and client presentations, and advising on financial reporting implications of business combinations, divestitures, capital raises, and internal control redesign.

- • A core aspect of the role involves owning project planning, budget management, and workstream coordination, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining profitability.
- • You will actively mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented culture that emphasizes technical excellence and professional growth.

- • The team serves a diverse client base ranging from Fortune 500 multinationals to high-growth private companies, offering exposure to complex, high-impact transactions across industries and geographies.
- • You will contribute to internal firm initiatives including recruiting, training, thought leadership, and community service, reinforcing Riveron’s DELTA values of Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.

- • You will gain experience in leading multidisciplinary efforts, influencing client decision-making at senior levels, and building long-term advisory relationships grounded in integrity and insight.
