- • Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic consulting environment.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, building trusted relationships across functions and influencing procurement decision-making at senior levels.
- • Guide cross-functional teams in conducting comprehensive spend analysis, developing KPIs, and implementing performance tracking frameworks to optimize procurement efficiency.
- • Design and implement procurement operating models that enhance scalability, transparency, and alignment with client business objectives.
- • Drive digital enablement initiatives by integrating data-driven tools and technologies into procurement processes to improve automation and decision-making.
- • Support business development efforts through contribution to proposals, client presentations, and capability-building activities within the advisory practice.
- • Mentor and develop high-performing teams by providing clear direction, fostering accountability, and promoting knowledge sharing across engagements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related field
- • 1-2 years of experience in a lead or managerial role
- • College or university degree required
- • Proficiency in Excel, spend analysis, and procurement processes
- • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities
- • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams
