📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer experience, from roadmap definition to global rollout, focusing on automating fragmented car ownership processes using LLMs and computer-use agents.
• Partner with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy in production AI systems.
• Serve as the primary technical translator between engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, establishing and enforcing AI platform standards and best practices.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and iterative experimentation.
• Collaborate directly with OpenAI to evaluate, test, and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation capabilities integrated into the ChatGPT App.
• Own the strategic evolution of an AI-powered customer experience that already automates over 70% of inbound sales and service requests.
• Define and implement scalable, production-grade systems that convert complex AI concepts into user-facing features with measurable business impact.
• Work in a regulated production environment requiring high reliability, compliance, and precision in AI-driven interactions across insurance, financing, maintenance, and safety services.
• Translate technical tradeoffs into clear product decisions, leading by example in the adoption of AI platform standards and evaluation metrics.
• Build and scale a super app ecosystem that unifies car ownership services under a single AI platform, serving over 5 million customers with a 4.7-star App Store rating.
• Maintain deep familiarity with modern LLM systems, including model release cycles, fine-tuning approaches, and real-world deployment constraints in consumer-facing applications.
• Use SQL to independently query and analyze operational data to validate hypotheses, diagnose performance issues, and guide product direction without relying solely on data teams.
• Champion a systems-thinking approach to AI architecture, ensuring seamless integration between internal APIs, agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops.
• Act as an intrinsically motivated technologist who proactively explores new AI model releases, builds custom workflows, and stays ahead of industry advancements in agent-based automation.
• Foster a culture of optimistic problem-solving by focusing on “how can we” solutions rather than obstacles, and by owning high-impact metrics tied to automation rates and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management or management consulting at a fast-paced startup
• Proven experience with modern LLM systems and deployment in regulated production environments
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze data to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
• Demonstrated track record of turning complex strategic AI ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Strong systems-thinking skills with ability to engage in technical conversations about API design and architecture
• Intrinsically motivated technologist who actively explores and builds with new AI model releases
