đź“‹ Description
- • HighLevel Inc. is seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Manager, Analytics Delivery & Operations to lead the critical "last mile" of analytics execution, ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, specifically Marketing and Affiliate teams, receives precise, timely, and actionable data to fuel strategic growth decisions.
- • This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining an operational backbone for GTM analytics, transforming proven data processes into a high-service, high-velocity delivery engine through rigorous standards and repeatable execution.
- • You will be instrumental in operationalizing established analytics, scaling them to meet the company’s ambitious strategic goals, and ensuring a seamless flow of insights that drive business impact.
- • A key responsibility involves independently retrieving, analyzing, and validating data from our data warehouse to address high-urgency GTM questions, operating primarily during US business hours to support real-time decision-making.
- • While not directly responsible for production SQL development, dbt modeling, or BI dashboard execution, you will leverage strong warehouse literacy—including a deep understanding of table structures, column semantics, and key metrics—to rapidly extract insights, validate analytical logic, and guide downstream execution effectively.
- • You will forge a strong partnership with the Data and Discovery teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of underlying systems, data structures, and analytical logic once source data is available in the warehouse and business logic is aligned, ensuring a solid foundation for execution.
- • Taking full ownership of the analytics build phase, you will translate approved definitions and workflows into execution-ready logical data frameworks, detailed data requirements, and clear dashboard wireframes.
- • You will orchestrate and oversee the delivery process in close collaboration with the BI team, who will retain ownership of Tableau dashboard development and deployment, with your accountability focused on business readiness and overall delivery quality.
- • This role serves as the primary liaison between GTM stakeholders and the BI team, adeptly fielding one-off analytical requests while proactively identifying recurring questions and championing their conversion into scalable dashboards and automated analytics outputs designed for maximum clarity and actionability.
- • Once dashboards and analytics outputs are formalized, you will continuously evolve and enhance them by introducing new views, metrics, and strategic improvements, ensuring the analytics platform remains relevant, high-impact, and perfectly aligned with the ever-evolving needs of the GTM strategy.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves identifying high-impact, high-frequency analytical questions where decision velocity is paramount. You will lead the development of AI-driven analytics agents to automate responses, providing instant access to trusted insights and materially accelerating GTM decision-making processes.
- • Core accountabilities include ensuring the speed and reliability of GTM analytics delivery, minimizing turnaround times for urgent questions while maintaining consistency with agreed business definitions, and reducing dependency on ad-hoc analysis by driving productization of recurring needs into dashboards or AI agents.
- • You will own delivery timelines and execution rigor for dashboards and AI-driven analytics agents across Marketing and Affiliates, ensuring outputs are shipped on schedule, are usable, clearly structured, and aligned with GTM workflows, driving prioritization and predictability across concurrent initiatives.
- • A key leadership function is to lead and develop a small, focused analytics delivery team (initially 2–4 analysts), scaling capacity through process, documentation, and automation as GTM demand grows.
- • You will build a high-performing team by mentoring, upskilling, and setting clear execution standards, improving analyst productivity, confidence, and business context to enable faster, more consistent delivery.
- • Establishing repeatable workflows that reduce friction and ambiguity, alongside a centralized knowledge base of GTM business logic, metric definitions, and delivery standards, will be crucial for consistency, continuity, and risk mitigation.
- • You will act as the final business-alignment checkpoint before analytics are released, ensuring outputs reflect agreed business definitions, assumptions, and stakeholder expectations, partnering with BI and Data teams to surface discrepancies without owning technical QA or build execution.
- • Success will be measured by the speed and reliability of GTM analytics delivery, predictable delivery of dashboards and AI analytics products, the effectiveness and resilience of the analytics delivery team, and strong cross-functional effectiveness and trust with GTM, BI, and Data partners.
- • Ultimately, you will drive the adoption and business impact of analytics outputs, contributing to a reduction in manual reporting effort and enabling stakeholders with improved clarity, trust, and decision-making speed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 2 years in team management within analytics delivery, BI operations, analytics program management, or similar execution-focused analytical roles supporting business teams.
- • Strong working knowledge of SQL for exploratory analysis and data validation, coupled with a solid understanding of KPIs, metric definitions, and dashboard logic.
- • Proven track record of managing high-volume, time-sensitive analytical requests while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and stakeholder trust.
- • Demonstrated ability to translate GTM business objectives into structured analytical requirements, delivery plans, and scalable analytics outputs.
- • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing analysts in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
- • Comfort operating during US business hours to support real-time GTM decision-making.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- • Generous paid time off and flexible working hours.
- • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- • Remote-first work environment with a global team.
- • Access to cutting-edge AI and analytics tools.
