- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of brand lift studies on Reddit’s platform, from the first kick-off call through the final presentation. You will architect surveys, wrangle data, craft insight-rich reports, and deliver compelling narratives that show advertisers exactly how their campaigns moved the needle on awareness, consideration, and purchase intent.
- • Lead, coach, and inspire a pod of up to five Associate Measurement Leads (AMLs). You will set clear performance targets, run weekly 1:1s, conduct rigorous quality checks, and build individual development plans that turn raw talent into Reddit-measurement powerhouses.
- • Design and continuously refine an onboarding program that compresses ramp-up time for every new hire. Your playbooks, training decks, and hands-on shadowing sessions will become the gold standard that scales as the Reddit account grows.
- • Act as the Reddit account’s research strategist, translating complex media objectives into testable hypotheses and measurement frameworks. You will pilot new methodologies—incrementality, brand lift-plus, multi-cell geo tests—and socialize results that shape Reddit’s product roadmap.
- • Run weekly internal stand-ups that cascade critical account updates, share cross-study learnings, and spotlight process changes. Your crisp agendas and concise recaps keep distributed teams aligned and moving at Reddit speed.
- • Partner hand-in-glove with Kantar’s Reddit Program Manager to surface knowledge gaps, escalate client pain points, and co-author quarterly business reviews that secure renewals and expansion revenue.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will mine project retrospectives, client feedback, and performance dashboards to identify bottlenecks, propose automation, and implement fixes that shave hours off every study.
- • Serve as the calm, data-driven voice in high-stakes client conversations. When results disappoint, you reframe findings as actionable next steps; when they delight, you amplify success stories to secure larger budgets.
- • Build deep vertical expertise—gaming, CPG, tech, entertainment—so you can benchmark performance, spot anomalies, and recommend optimizations that feel bespoke to each advertiser.
- • Foster an inclusive, high-energy remote culture. Celebrate wins on Slack, run virtual coffee chats, and create safe spaces where every AML feels heard, valued, and set up to thrive.
- • Maintain meticulous project tracking in Salesforce and proprietary tools, ensuring every milestone, deliverable, and client approval is logged and visible to stakeholders in real time.
- • Contribute to thought-leadership content—white papers, conference panels, Reddit blog posts—that positions Kantar as the definitive authority on social-platform measurement.
- • Balance individual contributor excellence with people leadership: personally manage a reduced book of 4–6 high-complexity studies while guiding your team through their own portfolios.
- • Translate Reddit’s ever-evolving ad products into clear measurement implications, training your team and clients alike so no campaign launches without a bulletproof learning agenda.
- • Uphold Kantar’s reputation for methodological rigor and ethical data use, ensuring every study meets industry standards and client compliance requirements.
