📋 Description

• • As Manager, Billing at New Relic, you will lead global billing operations to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely invoicing for a consumption-based pricing model, directly impacting revenue integrity and customer trust.
• • You will oversee daily billing team operations, manage complex usage-based billing data integrity, optimize workflows through automation, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success, maintain audit-ready controls, own billing system enhancements, standardize credit lifecycles, and drive global process documentation and RPA implementation.
