- • Lead, coach, and develop a remote, cross-functional team of Business Application Administrators and Developers supporting Salesforce, NetSuite, Business Intelligence platforms, and application integrations.
- • Establish clear role expectations, performance goals, and career development plans for all team members.
- • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback to support individual growth and team effectiveness.
- • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing remote team culture across distributed locations.
- • Manage team delivery using Agile methodologies with two-week sprint cycles, ensuring consistent execution of sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- • Partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog readiness and align sprint commitments with business priorities.
- • Balance operational support, enhancement work, and technical debt within sprint cycles to ensure sustainable delivery.
- • Provide leadership oversight for Salesforce, NetSuite, BI platforms, and application integrations, ensuring alignment with technical and security standards.
- • Ensure adherence to SDLC, engineering standards, security requirements, and testing practices across all business application initiatives.
- • Collaborate with architecture, security, and peer application teams to maintain system integrity and integration consistency.
- • Define and monitor delivery and operational metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, and defect trends to drive continuous improvement.
- • Use data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions and optimize team processes and tooling.
- • Identify and implement tools and processes that enhance delivery efficiency and team effectiveness.
- • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and operational issues related to business applications.
- • Partner with US-based application leaders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-regional initiatives.
- • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to leadership and key stakeholders.
- • Ensure all business applications are delivered securely, scalably, and in compliance with organizational standards.
- • Support the growth and career progression of team members through structured development planning and performance management.
- • Maintain operational excellence while scaling business application capabilities to meet the demands of a high-growth cybersecurity organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Business Applications or related technology domains
- • Previous people management experience, including performance management
- • Hands-on Agile delivery experience
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, BI platforms, and data integrations
- • Strong SDLC and release management experience
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate remote teams
