- • Cultivates and manages relationships with a referral network to generate mortgage business and increase BMO’s share of the home financing market.
- • Develops and executes sales programs and initiatives aligned with customer needs to achieve targeted sales results.
- • Builds and leads high-performing sales teams with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- • Models effective sales practices and behaviors to enhance team capability and improve overall sales performance.
- • Develops mortgage referral and origination strategies to meet profitability objectives.
- • Identifies, analyzes, and responds to emerging market trends and business issues to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of origination solutions.
- • Leads change management initiatives including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and sustainment of new processes.
- • Designs and delivers training programs and tools to support sales teams and improve operational effectiveness.
- • Monitors and tracks performance metrics, prepares regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, and uses data-driven insights to guide improvements.
- • Coordinates database management and ensures data alignment with BMO’s governance standards.
- • Manages and resolves sales escalations, pricing issues, and customer service concerns, escalating as necessary.
- • Influences and negotiates with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives and resolve complex issues.
- • Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
- • Supports the development and execution of strategic plans across the business group with potential enterprise-wide impact.
- • Ensures all activities comply with BMO’s Risk Management Framework, policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- • Promotes and models BMO’s purpose, values, and behaviors, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and accountability.
- • Engages in market events to advocate for BMO’s products and services and strengthen the Bank’s brand presence.
- • Provides specialized consulting and analytical support to internal stakeholders across Retail Banking Sales & Service.
- • Works independently on non-routine situations and exercises sound judgment within established rules and risk appetite.
- • Conducts independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and recommends actionable solutions.
- • Helps determine business priorities and the optimal sequence for executing group strategy.
- • Ensures all transactions are completed in compliance with operational guidelines and regulatory standards.
- • May be assigned broader responsibilities as needed to support evolving business priorities.
